Customized Soccer Training

Are you looking for extra support for your youth soccer player? Legacy Lab was built out of passion to focus on player development, no matter the level, so they can grow closer to their potential and prepare for a higher level.

1:1 Training

All 1:1 training sessions begin with a full athletic status evaluation. Based on the results, we develop a customized training plan to set achievable goals for the athlete. Includes one hour personal training session per week, plus a customized workout plan.

Small Group Training

5-8 athletes per session on Weeknights and Weekends. This is the ideal option for youth players (8-18 years old) to train in a competitive group environment but need supplemental (1:1 coaching) throughout the year. We focus on soccer specific fitness exercises that will improve speed, agility, balance, first touch and ball mastery. 

soccer clinics

15 players per session. Our soccer clinics include small sided games (5v5 tournaments), passing drills and combinations, crossing, shooting and long passing and receiving. It is a fun, collaborative setting where players have the freedom to express their creativity with the ball.
